      This place is a nightmare

      Pros

      I did like the team I eventually wound up on. I was able to have a manager who was actually my manager at a former job. He is a really decent guy. At the time I was there, they had a really good benefits. my deductible was only $300

      Cons

      Toxicity I was on one team that was so effed up I don’t even know how to begin to explain it Favoritism. One girl was known for taking more breaks and she was allowed in of course, she made every excuse in the book with our manager. Somehow this girl become a supervisor. I had another coworker who would sit there and watch YouTube videos all day. And the rest of us would pick up a slack. And he would brag about how he doesn’t really have to do any work because all he does is suck up to everyone. Yeah he become a supervisor too.

      Benefits, bonus and work from home have been good

      Cons

      Will be forced back to the office. Company made 35% above projection last year but will we see that reflected in our pay? Doubtful. I was trained by someone brand new and no one has ever asked if I know what I am doing. I don’t.

      Pros

      Some solid people with great passion and ideas.

      Cons

      Those that still have their passion should if they have not already leave. EMT only cares about business, not about patients. The company created core values that leadership doesn’t even follow themselves. Leadership will turn down great candidates because they can’t control your every move and thought. HR is a hilarious jokes who will look past accusations and sometimes straight facts because of the friendships they have.
