Not what it used to be.

Pros

The people really want to help each other succeed and see people grow. The collaboration is fantastic and the willingness to share skills is great.

Cons

Outdated mentality around remote work, leadership does not trust employees, pay isn't competitive for majority of positions, and little investment into employees. It's a very "take it or leave" attitude from the top down, but then leaders question why there is a retention problem.

Thanks for your input. Collaboration is critical to our success which is why its one of our core values, so its great to hear that reflected in your experience. We've recently launched a company-wide "work status" policy where eligible teammates have work from home opportunities. We've also done a lot to enhance learning and development opportunities, especially this year as everyone has been working remotely. One of these initiatives is our CULTIVATE program which includes leadership training and funding opportunities for continued learning and certifications. Additionally, the pilot of our first Sponsorship program will be launching this fall. Reach out to your manager or HR Business Partner if you have questions about these programs or the work status policy.

Pros

The people are great. Not going out of business any time soon. Developer Bonus is good.

Cons

Technology has stagnated. No skill growth. Innovation ideas are ignored. Wasted talent. Inter Regional/Department political struggles. Race based policies. Behind the times WFH policy. Tech tools given are lacking for developers. Employee Turnover time is high. No faith in upper management. Small desks. Poor location. Employee Voice/Recommendations < Business Thoughts

We appreciate your honest feedback. We have been working hard to enhance training across the organization starting with Day 1 and throughout our Teammates' CRx experience. Programs like our CULTIVATE initiative which includes leadership development, funding for continuing education and certificate programs in addition to the expansion of our Learning and Development Team are just the first of many programs that have rolled out this year and will continue to do so. We encourage you to reach out to your HR business partner to learn more.
