Pros

Flexible, Good Team, New Tech, Always learning new things. If you are looking for a stepping stone job (1-2 years) this is it. Great manager.

Cons

To start the company can't keep great employees. I started when the company was smaller and when the company was bought by ConnectiveRx, that's when everything went down hill. My final days there, I was working 60+ hours to meet promised time lines from business. Also, I was told I was being promoted to a senior level position. It took 6 months for HR/Upper Management to push the promotion through. Everytime I asked about the pay raise and paperwork, no one could get me an answer and it was always on someone else's plate. I know this happened to many of my friends there (who were some of the best I've worked with). To say the least none of us are still there. The director of my department was hired based off who they knew. It's sad because the company makes a ton of money and they do nothing to keep the great employees around. I felt inclined to write this because I receive a text about every couple of weeks asking if where I'm at now is hiring. Terrible people management

ConnectiveRx Response

Thanks for leaving a review. We’re encouraged that you enjoyed your team and manager and learned a lot during your time at CRx. And, while the unprecedented challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic did delay promotions by a few months (and have since been given), that delay contributed to our ability to keep our entire workforce fully employed throughout the pandemic. Over the past year we have also been focused on developing more robust, informative and impactful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives including the launch of 3 Employee Resources Groups, the formation of a DEI Council and a Sponsorship program launching this summer. We’ve also been enhancing our training platforms through our CULTIVATE program that includes things like funding for continuing education and certificate training as well as leadership development. Thanks again for your feedback. We have shared it with our HR Management Team.

Pros

Free snacks, health insurance was really good

Cons

I worked at ConnectiveRx for less than one year. I left without putting in 2 weeks notice because I had simply had all I could take and was fed up beyond words. This place was a toxic disaster and that's putting it lightly. Management will force you to do mandatory overtime with no notice, but they somehow always manage to leave at 5 pm sharp. The supervisors and managers hang out in an office and kick back while employees are crushed with work. You will be held to unattainable quotas and scapegoated by management when something goes wrong. Management asked us to do sketchy things, like tell an insurance company that we were calling from the doctor's office when we weren't so they would give us protected health information that a 3rd party like ConnectiveRx shouldn't have access to without patient consent. Their hiring practices are negligent, to say the least. Several women in the office were sexually harassed by an employee who as it turns out, had several violent felonies on his record, all of which were public information. A lot of positive reviews on here are formatted very similarly, almost like one person wrote them all...What does that say?

Pros

I love the people i work with

Cons

The fact that I have been here for almost two years, got trained on a whole NEW JOB, promised a pay raise and everything. Its been 11 months not doing the job I was hired to do and management doesn’t even care. I have had several different supervisors during my time here. They hire people from outside who don’t understand how we actually do our job and they don’t train us or help us at all.
