Pros

The program management team is a standout — organized, collaborative, and often the reason client work stays on track. Many program leads are thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely committed to delivering results. Client interactions were often positive, and day-to-day work could be rewarding when shielded from internal noise.

Cons

The biggest issue — and one that impacts nearly every corner of the organization — is the HR leadership. There is a noticeable lack of formal HR training, relevant experience, and understanding of even foundational people management principles. This leads to inconsistent policies, poor communication, and a culture where employee concerns are routinely dismissed or misunderstood. poorly communicated, misaligned with employee feedback, and disruptive to both morale and productivity. It creates a ripple effect that undermines trust and drives poor communication.

Pros

Set work schedule and different shifts you can work.

Cons

Everything. The company has so much turnover, terrible benefits, terrible pto, atrocious management not including micro management, no wfh or hybrid work models, pto awful, and looks terrible on a resume. I have been looking for a new job for about 6 months now and I had interview after interview before working here and now any time I apply it’s an automatic reject or ghosted. I would recommend to anyone on my dying breath to never work there.

Pros

Gym, helping people, nice building

Cons

the entire company runs on spreadsheets, leadership lies constantly, directors have limited knowledge of the business, training is horrible, they invested in a gym and other facilities instead of taking care of the employees, pizza parties instead of treating employees right, inconsistent and unfair treatment for staff. Some leadership appears to be racist or misogynist.
