      The work is easy and laid back usually.

      Cons

      Management is horrible and will make you hate the job. They want you to be a robot not a actual human beings. Managers walk around all day looking for anything to be wrong.

      Remote work, somewhat autonomous work environment

      Cons

      Lacks leadership, training and career progression. A lot of cronyism and nepotism. Really pushing the diversity/inclusion but didn’t even observe Juneteenth. Work/life balance is nonexistent

      Great benefits and average pay, didn’t have to stay over very often

      Cons

      Very high turnaround especially in management, no one seems to be on the same page, very basic training that does not prepare you properly, HR disregards problems that you may have, very poor communication and management does not listen
