      No pros working for this company.

      Cons

      No work life balance. They'll work you to death and throw you to the wolves. High Turnover at all levels leads to larger issues within a company. No real training at any level.

If there's specific behavior you see that's concerning or is impacting you, please don't let it go unreported.
