Some decent tasting free snacks. Not even worth it.

Cons

This company has no clear direction and is incredibly unprofessional in the way they deal with their employees. Management, especially in the program management department, are corrupt, self serving, hypocritical and over work and under pay their employees. No other department in the company wants to work with the PM teams because of the managers. "HR department" is a joke. So if you have any real issues you might as well just keep them to yourself or they will have it out for you.

This place is a joke. They lie to you about the job. They promote uneducated and in experienced people for higher positions. Poor communicators, lack of structure, no loyalty to hard working people. Shady place for shady people

There is no good reason to work in the hostile environment

Cons

Leadership is extremely poor. They just play the blame game and put all the blame on other employees and humiliate them during meetings. Management is former Express Scripts employees who were stepped down or fired due to poor knowledge and performance. They have very less knowledge and are very less educated. And on the top of everything they lack work-ethics and professionalism.
