I took this position because they said there would be many opportunities in the future. Not only do they bend the rules for certain people (employees from L), but they only promote employees from L. You are stuck in your position for 6 months, but again, they bend the rules for certain people or if you throw a fit. Previous HR was grossly negligent: people not getting paychecks on time, paychecks not being correct, claiming to sign up people for IRA but never did and money still being taken out of their account, etc. Virtually no training on certain teams, good luck training yourself, and then you get blamed when something goes wrong. Concierges do case management and benefit verifications and get paid as a benefit verification specialists, much lower than case managers, but doing more work.
