      My management team was very supportive. Implemented a hybrid work schedule. Benefits were good.

      Cons

      Need to offer better salaries to compete with the industry. Need more diversity in mid-level & senior/executive management. There needs to be more team spirit between departments.

      What a JOKE and a waste of time!! You don’t leave because of the job you leave because the management WOW!!! If you like high school drama he said she said bull crap then apply you’ll get hired if you have a heartbeat!! If you like being micro managed made to pick up the slack from people not even on your program apply if you don’t require much training on your program and want more training about the company apply pay sucks there’s more work to do after you train YOURSELF!! It’s like a BIG SNL script!! Hire up’s need to rethink how they are running the company into the ground at a very rapid rate!! The turn over rate is OUTRAGEOUS
