The Company as Whole

Pros

The benefits- medical, dental, vision not costly if you elect. Plenty of PTO days given and floating holidays.

Cons

They really don’t care about their employees you’re just a number to them just a sit to fill my manager barely ever managed anything. I was told all these promises that never happened. My supervisor was great. She went above and beyond. THIS COMPANY HAS A HIGH TURNOVER. Employees quit left and right and they will expect you to pick up their work plus yours the pay doesn’t match the amount of work. There’s is no overtime because you’re a exempt employee. THIS POSITION IS BASICALLY A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION . You handled a numerous amount of calls inbound mostly than making outbound. It’s basically the team you’re on and the drug company also. My experience was a mess and a lot of my fellow employees friends are longer than anymore.

As we've been open about, CRx does have a requirement that most of our client operations teams work in one of our campus buildings as groups physically together. We've found this is the best method to build group service-level and skills to a tier of excellence and also provides support within the team for the varied and challenging experiences that could arise during a day. To be frank, we know there are companies who offer client service, tech help, and benefits processing roles that are 100% remote. We believe that we've created a culture that offsets the ask of being physically present in an office with compensatory benefits and rewards, market-benchmarked pay scales, opportunities for career advancement (not just upward in one functional area, but even across difference departments and disciplines), and more.
