1. This place is a big mess.
2. Leaders micromanage their managers.
3. Managers can't make any small decision with out Sr Directors approval, including merit increase, recruitment ; contractors conversion
4. Many people have left the company in the past just because of Sr Director
Advice to Management
I know that I have only been in the company for not so long, but I believe that her (clue) behavior is serving as a barrier between letting us work smoothly. I want the team to work in an environment that is most efficient for in a way that makes everyone happy.
