Pros

Tried to make things fun by offering snacks, hosting a big Christmas party and having a very new, modern office environment. Flexible schedule

Cons

Growing faster than they can maintain. People are being placed into roles they’re not qualified for. My role was very stagnant, no room for growth. It was seemingly discouraged when I attempted to “climb the ladder”.

Pros

This employer does have very nice and generous benefits when it comes to PTO and benefits. The work itself is very easy. Good decent hours, depending on position. No weekend work. There was a good work life balance in being remote*

Cons

Management is a mess. I don't know what supervisors do all day but it's not answering emails or answering chats. There are up to 3 to 5 supervisors/team leaders to go to for problems and it will take at least two hours to receive an answer, which depending on your case/project can hurt your time completing an assignment. Also, managers do not know how to talk professionally. There is an lack of professionalism among management. It also doesn't help that when people will either leave for a better opportunity within the company or a new employer, this company, imo, goes into a hiring freeze. Instead of easing burdens, they overwork their current staff by cross training WHICH DOES NOT EASE CALL VOLUME OR CASE LOAD. If we are already behind taking members for a different project does not get things done faster. Also don't expect compensation for all the added workload they give you. This place has a way of making simple easy work difficult. They go out of their way to bend backward to make things harder. Also, the family culture they advertise, I always found it toxic here as with any employer. If you're not a social person for whatever reason, it hinders you if you don't want to play in the office politics or suck up to move ahead. The work does not always speak for itself. Also, as a third party vendor, any concern we may have for better quality when it comes to calls or smoother usage of the appropriate software patients have access to, are completely ignored. I understand there are restrictions due to medical laws, but it feels like management does not take our concerns to TPTB. We are providing the services fight so we can give the best services we can! I feel bad for patients having to deal with the backward ways this place allows things to operate. Also, it's clear managment is concerned about their investment in the new building they built instead of employees preference or the changing workforce. It makes no sense for them to be forcing people back in the office. Its clear its for the micro management and real estate. There are positions that don't require people to be on-site and if employees have been working for the past two years without any issues remotely why force them back? If anything be progressive, if there are people who want to go to the office let them. If people want to stay home to work let them. The workers who have thrived working remotely shouldn't have to suffer because you decided to build a new eye sore of a building.

If you are looking to work in the hallowed halls of IBM or Johnson & Johnson, ConnectiveRx is not the place for you. While they may have graduated from Start-Up to Successful Mid-sized Market Leader... CRx is still "trying to change the flat tire on the car while driving down the street"!
