I took this job based on the high reviews only to be very disappointed. Recently promoted new director whose very rude and likes to single out employees. The culture has taken a downward swing. Hiring anyone to fill a chair qualifications don’t matter. Think twice before accepting offer.

Unfriendly, arrogant co-workers who think they know what they are doing but have no clue!!! Ghetto mentality!!!! Inexperienced management that micromanage people and treat them like children, and only care about numbers and not the quality of work!!! High turn around of employees which brings turmoil and incohesiveness to each dept. They try to feed you with junk food and pizza to make you feel better. Unfortunately at it's present state I cannot think of anything positive about this company. The things that I mentioned are just the tip of the iceberg, and will just get worse as time goes on if the company continues to go down this road, Good Luck to anyone who works here you're gonna need it!!!!
