      - Management can be quite hard to reach sometimes, you may have something due and have questions on the task but will not get assistance as the workload can be heavy on management.

      The people are great. Not going out of business any time soon. Developer Bonus is good.

      Technology has stagnated. No skill growth. Innovation ideas are ignored. Wasted talent. Inter Regional/Department political struggles. Race based policies. Behind the times WFH policy. Tech tools given are lacking for developers. Employee Turnover time is high. No faith in upper management. Small desks. Poor location. Employee Voice/Recommendations < Business Thoughts
