Pros

None this company is awful

Cons

Stay far away from this company their comp structure is terrible. They take money away from their employees and use for things like a trip for top performers in the company. Use that toward your employees poor pay, so they can afford to take their families on a vacation or even pay bills or have gas for work. I personally lost a lot of good employees to better companies. And before their division manager says oh you must’ve not gone to the trip. I did and it was nothing great, a bunch of executives getting drunk and trying harass women. Stay away from this place far away they over promise the commission and lie, their stores are horrible places to be with deceptive tactics and will make the customer pay 2 years for their sale. They then will push their mistakes to corporate stores where they can’t help you.

There has to be a level of ownership from people that lead their direct employees (YOU) to help them get to where they want to be in performance as well as to raise your hand and communicate that you need help. In both cases it seems like you failed your employees and that is why they quit. Many of our employees make amazing commission and have great times as you can see from their comments on this site. It seems like the items controllable by you are where things fell off. If you have true concerns you would like to address, we are here to listen but expecting a senior leader to 100% prepare YOUR employees on how they can succeed is never realistic. Hopefully you have success with that where you ended up. The award trip is a great time for all employees and is not an “either or” in regards to compensation. The people that perform and work hard love the compensation plan. The people that sit back and wait (or hope for others to manager their employees), do not. You get out what you put in from everything you do. I really hope you find your happy place.

Pros

Pay is decent, commission is ok

Cons

I worked here for almost a year was a top salesman in my district months in a row then I was moved to a different location which was understaffed it was just me and the manager and he always had an excuse and left early and I was stuck working on cellular solo for months, I said I was leaving they promised me a promotion and a raise but months went by and I never got either, and now I’ve left the company I’ve been away for 2 weeks but I’m still in their system and they won’t pay me my commissions I think they’re trying to screw me
