Pros

Really cool employees, if you know how to sell you will get REALLY good commission. Can’t deny that the trips and all the other giveaways they got are awesome. you get to try new phones out all the time.

Cons

On the same side of the coin, it’s tough to even get commission Check because they’ll find any reason to take away from your commission.

Average Cellphone Retailer

Pros

You'll generally get over 80hrs on each paycheck. Getting a .50 cent raise every 50k is decent There are some pretty good people you will work with. Base pay is average if not slightly above average My average commission check for slow months was between 500 and 600 The covid19 situation was handled better than expected but no hazard pay for employees that still worked during the pandemic. Working in locations with low traffic teaches you how to upsell and get creative with your sales approach.

Cons

This company makes you post on your personal social media account to generate business. No work/life balance No weekends off ever Constantly micromanaged if the store is not busy Currently having issues with sales not showing through on the dashboard which could impact my commission honestly not happy about that. Working at slow locations is honestly one the worst cons some days you wont even get a single person come into the store. You are expected to go pass out flyers at places like walmart or hang out in parking lots, then expected to take a picture of someone with a flyer very creepy. The training they have you do is garbage and does not help anyone with no sales background. The commission structure and how you get paid is unreasonable confusing to figure out the formula to determine how you get paid. Working more hours effects your commission check negatively and I have never seen that at any cellphone retailer.
