Pros

They treat you like family and put people that work hard in great spots for advancement, commission structure is set up to make money , I work in the Houston region and it’s the biggest region there is . The director is always full of energy and excited which rubs off Onto the other employees he always give us inspiration and motivation.

Cons

Not a lot at all I have worked in a lot of industries and this company is where I have made the most money

Coworkers are great people to work with

Cons

They take your commission for any reason seems sketchy will always have some reason with it being your performance Make you work overtime then lower your check because you had to work overtime. Loyalty goes no where here people move up just because they can’t keep employees Run away

It definitely seems like you need assistance with understanding the compensation plan - as you are in full control of it. Our commission is paid on a Per Hour performance... it is shown and tracked everywhere. If you work 15 or 60 hours in a week, it goes back to what did you do during those hours. If you use best practices and pushed hard then there should not be a problem with commission! If you milked the clock well then... that could be why you are upset. Accelerator and Decelerators are ways for you to make MORE commission! “See Accelerator”. These are minimum levels of performance that need to be achieved and we track them for every employee daily... if you missed out on them, then you were not performing at minimum levels in certain key metrics. YOU have control over what you do with each hour worked. YOU have control with what items you perform at while working. I understand It’s easy to not want to own the performance and to blame the plan but other have the same tools you do and they crush it. If you need help with this, please reach out... commissions@connectivitysource.net - we can help with everything outside of you taking ownership for your own behaviors.

HR is always here to help. It seems like something may not have gone your way after an investigation - it is HR’s job to look at all sides while you may only look at your perspective. Now if you had a problem and did not go to HR, would love the chance to help - email hr@connectivitysource.net . If you were held accountable for something, hopefully you can learn from it and not blame others.
