Pros

I can think of none.

Cons

-They pay you very little and expect you do a lot. -You're about as valuable to them as your last good month of sales. -They have a very HIGH turn over rate -Managers are known to make up random write ups to fire you if they don't like you. Not because you're not a good sells person. For just not liking you. - They will randomly move you to different store locations without your consent. (Mostly to fill in for someone who just quit, because a lot of people quit) -They hire people really young and promote them really quickly, because they can control them, but the minute you start speaking your mind or disagreeing with the higher ups. They fire you. -You're expected to be at work the next day if your store is robbed.

This post reminds me of the Snickers commercial... Are you Hangry right now? WHY WOULD YOU EVER STAY HERE 3 YEARS - Either you are CRAZY to work in a terrible environment OR.... maybe not telling the entire truth!?!? Writing "None" as a PRO shows that you were probably the cause of most of your CONs but do not want to take ownership of your own actions. We ALWAYS HAVE CONTESTS running - we just gave away a new car, 5 trips, cruises, TVs, and cash - our current sales contest will send people to CABO! We have a automatic raises that kick in for sales makers that PERFORM. 89% of our leaders are internally grown! Strong performing employees regularly earn $2000+ in commission each month! PTO / BENFITS / NEW PHONES... the list goes on. It seems like you had a bad experience which could potentially tie to your performance, not getting a promotion, and being held accountable. ENERGY CREATE PERFORMANCE. Our leadership team's are responsible for putting the right people in place to make sure that our sales makers are best SUPPORTED to make money and take care of our customers - regardless of age, tenure, or any other factor. We look for high energy individuals that want to win... not people that do the minimum and give excuses. We regularly have calls to hear from top performers on what they recommend we look at so the "disagreeing" is not accurate. We have never expected anyone to be at work the day after a store was robbed. Our culture is about high energy and performance... I am sorry if you did not fit into it. Hopefully you find somewhere where low performance, no accountability, negativity, and grumpiness are rewarded.

Pros

You get to relax since traffic in these stores aren’t busy. Being promoted only requires you to sell more than you’re co-workers. Employee discount rate is $35/mo. $30/mo. (w/autopay)

Cons

Commission pay is by far the worst( Along with $9/hr.) Example: Once you have sold $1900 on accessory Gross profit (=$3k-$4k) you will receive a pay out of $95 Upper Management is dysfunctional & unorganized. Get paid on 15th&30th vs. every other Friday. “Assistant Mgrs.”(aka Team Leads) are required sell & reach their individual sales quota, so if you need help you better hope there’s a Store Mgr in the store. At this company, you use RMS Lite vs. RMS (corporate loc.) This POS system WILL crash on you throughout the day especially during a transaction.

This post is terribly inaccurate and shows a lack of understanding on both sides. 1. Targets at company owned locations are 3x what the targets are in our stores. Selling $1900 / month in accessory sales is about $80 / day... that would not get you paid at COR and you would end up quickly being terminated. 2. No system is perfect but timing out is different than crashing. Timing out occurs when a transaction is taking too long and it is designed to not allow a customers information to be left idle on a computer. 3. Many employees get paid very well in commission but they are the ones that show up and work hard. There is a difference between showing up and waiting and showing up to work. We have many employees that come to Connectivity Source from previous places and make $3,000 to $4,000 / month in commission. The ones that usually complain are the ones that are not working hard. 4. There is an open door policy, if you are not getting the support you need from your leadership, we are always here to help. 5. Wireless is a performance industry and your comment about better production is what allows you to move up faster is accurate. Again, it is all about taking advantage of the opportunities in front of you. Perform and you will make more, you will have more opportunities for growth. We are here to help if you need assistance with how you can perform better.

Pros

If you are in high school or at least 18 years of age this is a great start for you, especially if it's your first job. You will learn how to communicate with people, and there an entry-level top technology. Just to let you know the starting rate is 9$ an hour. After a year 10$ an hour.

Cons

Where do I even start, this company has very low wages and they say that their commission has no cap but you have to hit a certain amount of metrics which they switch consistently. It is hard to move up within the company it took me quite a while to move up to store manager. And I still get paid only 28,000 salary. I do not recommend the job if you have a family to support. The company basically has a training system where they kind of throw you out there. Sink or swim is the motto. They will constantly call you for every little thing, they micro manage a lot. We have conference calls every two days and meetings every Thursday night. Nothing ever gets fixed.
