      Pros

      I got to work with amazing people every day! It was a fun fast pace environment. Definitely felt the pressure to perform but I also felt well rewarded for my hard work. 10/10. All in all working there helped develop me and prepare me for my future career, so thanks for that

      Cons

      Lots of competition in the area. Too many competing stores where customers can get the same products. Better employee discount for accessories.

      Leaders should always do and stick by what they say. “Difficult conversations” are called difficult for a reason. Generally they are hard to hear but someone has to say them. If you would like to have a conversation, we have an open door policy. Being “Senior Leadership” you should know that and ask questions if there is something you do not understand.       Great with communication. There is always someone to answer any questions I have or requests I have for my location. They are also a growing company which means they have tons of opportunities for employees to grow as well
