      Dishonesty and over worked

      Salary, worked up to 60 hours a week for a 40 hour pay, when yearly PTO came up with an excuse and had u wait 6 additional months for it to finally come “in” but never did. Understaffed in many locations. When promoting you they give u an income amount you’ll be making a pay check, but when your check comes in it is the total opposite and even after speaking with the DM, they explained that in 6 months it might be the same as discussed at the beginning before taking the position and to wait till then. The company seems to like to over work the employees while saving their money with dishonesty. And when it comes to you last pay check they come up with an excuse not to give it to you. Do not recommend.

      I am sorry to see how you perceived your time at Connectivity Source. Obviously your “pros” are misleading. We paid everyone salary / hourly + Commission during stores being closed for COVID shutdown. We offer full benefits. Amazing contests and awards for monthly / yearly performance. Competitive pay + Automatic raises based on how you perform. 401k match. Remember, as a Store Manager, it is up to you to hire people and you are also the one that creates your schedules... not sure how we can be blamed for that.
