      Pros

      I love working as a manager for connectivity source. The company has a clear vision and they really invest in their people and cultivating talent. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and the compensation is one of the best i've seen in this industry.

      Cons

      You really have to be a go getter with a strong work ethic to reap the rewards you seek but if you aren't afraid of hard work and investing your time into the organization you will see the benefits.

      Pros

      This is a very diverse company filled with employees from all walks of life. Very few conpanies actually allow you to manage your business the way this company does all while supporting you. Its is their way or no way the steucture for most companies but, Connectivity Source is just the opposite and the support you get from the VIce President down to the directors and district managers is impeccable. I have found a new home and I look forward to continuing to grow with them. The company acknowledges your unique talents and strengths and values you. Promotes from within and to make sure you succeed in your existing or new role you get the help and guidance that you need.

      Cons

      The health insurance plans could be better but I am certian that this is something that is being addressed.

      Thank you for the open and honest feedback! Our Leadership and HR teams both work incredibly hard to make sure we provide the best benefits possible. Health insurance has changed over the years but that is a product of the environment everyone is in. We do take employee benefits incredibly seriously and will make sure we continue to look at all options when it comes to them. The good news is that these are things that do get better as we grow. So not only will our employees all get opportunities to grow but it gives us opportunity to create more economies of scale!       Started as a rep and quickly was promoted. Seems as if they always promote within. Great benefits and pay as well.

      Cons

      competitive. which can be a good thing at times if you are good at handling pressure to do more!
