      Pros

      The greatest part about being part of this company is I am family. Lets go back in time, I started this career path not knowing anything about cellular. My personality got my foot in the door... Looking back I am so thankful. I started as a Sales Rep, Moved to Lead, then Assistant...and Now I am The Manager of an awesome store and great company! There was a very brief period where I moved and to my dismay there were no sprint stores there. Quickly I was emailing Connectivity Source wanting to move and come back. And I am so thankful I did. Got a question, its answered within minutes. , So many to reach out to. WE are a TEAM. My goal is to continue to move up in the company. I believe in them as they believe in us. When you wake up in the morning and you are happy to go to work, that says allot.

      Cons

      I am sure some people want some sort of con, But I cant give it. When a company works for you, even though you work for them. Not much negative you can say.

      Awesome Company to work for.

      Pros

      Upper management recognizes performances and coaches opportunities. Company’s corporate staff communicates with store personnel. Commission is uncapped. Career opportunities are competitive and promising with this growing company. Connectivity Source puts a huge emphasis on training and invests big in the category.

      Cons

      Retail schedule can be demanding at times.
