      As many hours as you could handle, the store is always busy. I had great co-workers and managers so the days were always positive.

      What I love about my job is that upper management is extremely helpful and encouraging. They get what done what needs to be done. My DM and Director stays on top of things making my job a lot easier. When the base is strong it's easy to build a team. My team at work is also hard working and knows how things are to be handled and work. And that what I need and love.

      Nothing is bad to me.

      Pros

      Making friends with the people you make money with! Being yourself and not a cookie cutter salesman make this an amazing place to be! I am impressed with the level of communication I get from leadership! Every answer has a reference, and they encourage questioning! They rather you know and perform vs being and the shadows barely getting by!

      Wish I'd started earlier so I can be further along in my career
