      Pros

      CS really puts the time in to develop their employees if they are willing to out in the work to be successful. They offer great contests, prizes and spiffs so there are many ways to get paid. Also, the company continues to grow so there are a lot of advancement opportunties

      Cons

      A lot of hours but I guess its just like any other job

      Our top priorities are to be the best at communicating with our employees, finding ways to retain our employees longer, and help our sales makers perform better and break records! A lot of that is being done with finding rewards programs and thinking of innovative ways to develop our employees.

      Pros

      Definitely a company that has your back and actually cares for you. Motivates it’s employees that make them do better everyday. I’ve been working for Sprint for about 3 years and with Connectivity source almost a year. Connectivity Source is a great company to work for!
