      Where do I began?! Award Winning Trips Amazing pay for both Managers and Reps Great Health Benefits They have always been there for me!

      Cons

      Working weekends but not a con bc you can make a ton of money on the weekends..

      Paid training, flexible hours, getting paid commission plus hourly, positive determined atmosphere, award winning trips to top 25 sales reps, monthly spiffs on different promotional items

      Cons

      Working weekends but those are the busy days to hit commission goals.

      The greatest part about being part of this company is I am family. Lets go back in time, I started this career path not knowing anything about cellular. My personality got my foot in the door... Looking back I am so thankful. I started as a Sales Rep, Moved to Lead, then Assistant...and Now I am The Manager of an awesome store and great company! There was a very brief period where I moved and to my dismay there were no sprint stores there. Quickly I was emailing Connectivity Source wanting to move and come back. And I am so thankful I did. Got a question, its answered within minutes. , So many to reach out to. WE are a TEAM. My goal is to continue to move up in the company. I believe in them as they believe in us. When you wake up in the morning and you are happy to go to work, that says allot.

      Cons

      I am sure some people want some sort of con, But I cant give it. When a company works for you, even though you work for them. Not much negative you can say.
