Room to grow fast in the company. Great incentives and great management. Team cannot ask for a better environment and team to back me. The hours and meetings can be long but there's always overtime. You make what you can sell the more you sell the more you make. There's a lot of knowledge you must know but once you have the basics down it's a breeze. There's a lot of small things to remember but the more you sell the more second nature everything becomes. It's mostly on a walk in basis but you do have to work for appointments if it's slow which is't too difficult. There's always management that's willing to work with you. Our owner is a wonderful nice guy. Entire back office team is greta always get a lot of support from them. Everyone form the District Manager, Regional Manager and store level management is great and always willing to help.
