      Pros

      Best company to work for. There are so many opportunities to grow. My district manager, Joel, is amazing, very knowledgeable, and is always there to help all his employees. Definitely everyone in this company is super smart and are always pushing and grinding to be the best. The district I am in, Houston East, specifically, always strives to be the very best. I am part of a group of elite workers and I am proud of that.

      Cons

      There are really no downsides as long as you keep up with the flow. It's a very fun, competitive company.

      Pros

      I have been with the company a little over 2 years. It has definitely been the best job I have had. Management is amazing. My DM (Joel Santiago) is very supportive always has our back and is always looking out for our best interest. Tons of opportunities to advance, always looking to promote from within. Flexible schedules. Great pay plus commission so you actually control your pay and we also get awesome incentives like a chance to go relax in Cancun! Good training, they provide us the tools and knowledge to be successful. Truly is an awesome company to work for!

      Can not really think of any thing negative or any cons to working with Connectivity Source. I love my job .

      Pros

      Tons of sales contests. Opportunities for growth has no bounds. CEO/VP and upper mgmt care about their employees. Hard work actually pays off.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, as this is a retail/sales job ... but if you're passionate about what you do, days tend to fly by.
