      Pros

      This company is like a family. You learn so much from the people here. If you idle all day this job is not for you. But this job brings out the best in you, if you work hard and do your job you will succeed. If you choose not to do the minimums you won't. Easy right? Killer prizes and spiffs from the company and vendors that they have connections through!

      Cons

      Nothing as of right now. Maybe just trying to handle and make happy the already angry customers.

      - Upper management is keen on making all employees feel important and acknowledged. - Pay is extremely competitive - Room for growth is a huge factor and a big part of this company.

      Cons

      New Hire training is a little drawn out.

      Connectivity Source is one huge family. They treat all employees with respect and honor. And everyone works as a team. Connectivity Source is world class when it comes to the company. And that world class is what they give customers.
