      Connectivity Source was the best company I had ever worked for. The owner of the company and the CEO truly care about the employees they have. I have never worked for anyone like this company before. Absolutely the best

      Pros

      This company really cares about their employees. I worked in the office and was amazed over the owner and Vp always doing gestures to give back. The environment was great in the office, I thoroughly enjoyed each and every person I worked with and worked for. So much room for growth with this company. If you are loyal to them they will go over mountains for you. The people who still work here are great amazing people that I still keep in touch with! The hiring process is thorough because they want to be your career, not just a job.

      Cons

      When I worked here the benefits were not that great. But from what I hear, since buying more stores, the benefits have improved astronomically.
