The company does not care about you, do not be fooled by the "CS Family ". Instead of paying hourly employees a livable wage you might get a pizza party like grade school.

Terrible management, they made it impossible to hit goals by adding so much additional busy work that they believe helps track numbers, but we already had better ways of doing that before. Super micro managing. They have a base pay raise structure based on how much revenue you bring in but cap you at far too low of an amount.
