They provided snacks, so lol.

I could tell none of my managers were happy working for this company. All my co workers were saying it wasn't worth it. I only stayed around maybe like 2 months and I realized it wasn't worth it. The money isn't worth being harrased all day long by customers who aren't even going to buy anything. Having to come to meetings on my day off and use my gas for awful wage. I was lied to upon even starting the job saying that we got extra pay in training, not specifying you had to meet certain qualifiers to even get the extra money for training. I was also mislead by being told the location I was going to be working at was good money. I couldn't even pay my bills.

Unethical and fake management

Pros

This company has a questionable management. No pros here.

Cons

The leadership here is fake and engages in unethical activities. I would even say that our supervisors are doing illegal stuff. Our managers have repeatedly delayed the commissions earnings that they owe the employees, and our salaries aren't even right at times. This company's management is really questionable.

We are here to help! We do not see anything being sent to HR about any of these accusations. In regards to pay and commission being late / incorrect, that is not the case at all. Pros

Store level management can be decent. District Manager or higher, you can forget it....

Cons

No matter how much notice you give them, YOU WILL NOT GET A FINAL COMMISSION PAYCHECK. They will do absolutely everything they can think of to not pay you your commissions. If a customer is LATE ON THEIR PHONE BILL they will deduct your commission as churn. For 6 months, the customer has to be on time. When was the last time you were a few days late? I'm not even talking about suspended. LATE on their bill. I can't begin to tell you the reasons NOT to work for this company. THANK GOD I had a decent enough store level manager. We once didn't have power for 2 days. Did we get to leave? No. We had to sit there in the dark. Hopefully you have enough phone battery to last the day in the cold, dark store.
