Upper management for the most part is a joke, demotivating, and totally all over the place. Below average pay for industry, commission is here or there based on so many different factors. Never off at any point in time realistically you run the buisness they run you into the ground. No work life balance, sometimes working 55+ hours, expected to be on calls on days off, even on PTO was receiving calls from upper management. They believe a pizza party is the fix to all issues. HR takes 0 responsibility when it comes to dealing with upper management and some of the things they get away with, seems your talking to a brick wall.

•Terrible Hours •Extremely High Turnover •Extremely Sexist Company that treats their Male/Female employees incredibly differently •Does not stand behind their employees and will take the customers side despite overwhelming evidence in your favor. •NPS system easily abused by customers. •Very Low pay. Starts at 10/hr •High commission is very hard to hit due to a ton of detractors and negatives on your pay
