      This is a company with leadership that serves their lowest level. A company where hard work does not go unnoticed. A company that rewards hard working individuals. A company that values family and work life balance. A company where a job can become a career.

      Cons

      It is a high paced competitive environment. This isn’t for everyone. If you aren’t looking to be challenged and grow as a professional this is not for you.

      Pros

      It's a fun business, exciting and fast pace. They do have awesome prizes

      Cons

      Pay is always wrong. Commision is never what you think it will be. They charge you back but never give you details also if you are salaried and dont work 45 hours they will deduct pay but weeks you work more you pay never increases.
