Pros

Great pay scale / management . Great advancement opportunities They like to have fun. They have monthly contests. Relaxed and motivated upper management.

Cons

They don't give you your last Commission check. When they are understaffed you have to work the hours to make up the difference

Thank you for the feedback! I hope to address two things. 1. Commission withholding for 180 days after employment is communicated in the Employee Handbook that all employees acknowledge upon being hired. This is the chargeback period that we are subject to if any of the transactions are cancelled. 2. As leaders, if we do not ensure our locations are staffed correctly, it falls on us to absorb some of the hours. We have multiple tools in place to assist with getting all locations staffed but not all managers use those resources correctly and are forced to be reactive. The only time commission would be forfeit is if targets are not met after the chargeback period or if there was some type of employee theft / fraud. If you have questions on what is going on with your commission, please reach out to our commission or HR department. We would love to clarify it for you. I hope this helps!

Sorry to hear how you feel about being able to work effectively. All of our leaders have great intentions of helping our employees win... and win the right way. Sometimes there are issues with how material is delivered or how material is received. The same way as how two individuals could see a car wreck and walk away thinking it was caused by different things. Feel free to email me, I would love to hear your feedback. Jason@connectivitysource.net - I will keep it anonymous. To address the pay part of your comment, we do have some people making huge money every month and taking advantage of all of our awesome contests - with amazing trips. We rise by lifting others!

Rewarding Career

Pros

I've never worked for a company that was more innovative. Always looking for new and better ways to do things. That includes finding ways to help us do our jobs easier and more efficiently. This company truly invests in their people. If you work hard, put in the effort, then not only can you decide how much you want to make but the President and Vice President are always looking for new ways reward the best of the best. For example 60+ Top employees in different positions and their +1 were flown all expense paid to Cancun for 4 nights. Seriously what's better than that. Now I'm just waiting to see if I win the trip to Hawaii. Small enough company to interact with senior leadership on a regular basis, but big enough to always have room to grow. The company is always growing and creating new opportunities in every level of the company. Commission plan is crazy. 3 sales reps in one store combined for over $10k in commission in a month. They killed it! The company created an internal training site and actively posts videos on promos, contests and best practices to help "me" make more money!

Cons

Not everyone takes Advantage of the opportunities their given. I see a lot of people given the tools and have time invested in them, only to turn around and quit because it's not as easy as they thought it would be. It's sales, not a clerk job. If it was easy everyone would do it. If you're scared of making money go work at Walmart.
