      Management are the type to tell you to do something immoral and then when it blows back, they’ll then give you a strict lecture on why you should never do that WHILE acknowledging that they told you to do that. Then, they’ll wait like a few days and tell you to get right back to it

      a lot of benefits amazing support automatic raises extreme disposition against cx account fraud (unlike my last company that threatened termination to those unwilling to slam accounts) Higher-ups we know by name due to great communication. they have great taste in district managers and regional managers, making the job an amazing place to work without constant threats of job loss.

      Cons

      they find a lot of ways to shorten your paychecks with detractors. last month, we sold every goal at 125% of the goal but lost 45% of our paychecks due to the balance of metrics. Sometimes we have to choose to help the customer or keep our paychecks due to t-life requirements. it isn't a 100% connectivity source; it is mostly due to the company we represent. therefore, I do not hold them responsible for this.
