relaxed work environment. very flexible

Cons

no benifits no paid holidays no paid vacation, and the commission structure sucks. you will sell ur but off and have a great month and your commission will only be 200-300 dollars.

Commission depends on performance and the pay is relative to that. We have an extremely aggressive compensation plan with many making much more than the amount listed. I would encourage you to reach out to your leadership to see things that we may be able to do to convert your sales opportunities at a higher rate so your commission can grow along with it. no matter how much you sell your commission is never over right. its like there commission system is build so that you wont make any money.

Meeting new people, Fun work place, get to know the latest things about phones

Cons

Constant paycheck errors which take days to correct, Store Managers are an either "Love em, or Hate em" type of group. Upper Management Holds everyone to a ridiculous standard. I work in a slow store where there's little opportunity for anything to happen. Every week anyone can be written up for any minimal idiotic reason. From the words of our district manager "Everyone is replaceable."
