We are incredibly up front with compensation plan and your earnings. You can track that any time throughout the month. Goals are based on how you have performed. The only thing up in the air is how you perform individually. Many do fantastic. If you are one that is not, you may need to evaluate what is in your control and make changes daily to achieve your desired performance. We want you to perform but cannot want it more than you.
