Pros

Pay is decent, commission is ok

Cons

I worked here for almost a year was a top salesman in my district months in a row then I was moved to a different location which was understaffed it was just me and the manager and he always had an excuse and left early and I was stuck working on cellular solo for months, I said I was leaving they promised me a promotion and a raise but months went by and I never got either, and now I’ve left the company I’ve been away for 2 weeks but I’m still in their system and they won’t pay me my commissions I think they’re trying to screw me

Sorry to hear about the experience! It seems like there may be a misunderstanding, we pay commissions based on what reconciles from T-Mobile. We ask you to record your sales so you can track them (as all sales people should), for verification later, and so everyone can see what sales are currently. If you have any questions on specific items, we would love to walk you through it! Email us - commissions@connectivitysource.net

Pros

Get to make your own schedule.

Cons

Overworked and you are underpaid salary wise. Commission structure was bad as well.
