Pros

Discounted phone plan Competitive cut-throat sales Environment. Good training depending on where you are located. Huge Dealer with great financial backing

Cons

Bad commission structure for Store managers and Sales makers since March-May 2018 I Would be elated if the current GP Per Hour Comp Plan were tweaked, changed, or thrown in the trash and set on fire like the hot garbage it is, etc. Inconsistent Management

We have pushed out compensation examples numerous times and if volume was the same as it was last year then the compensation would be higher. Some employees became accustomed to giving away lines of service (which was not good for Sprint or the company) and stopped trying to sell. Reach out to us at commissions@connectivitysource.net and we will gladly share the examples. It has nothing to do with the comp plan but all to do with what sales are being processed. This is a different environment but if you work hard, the money will be there but if you are looking to take orders and give stuff away for free then the money will not be. Reach out, let us help!

Horrible Company!!!

Pros

Schedules are flexible, some Managers and employees are helpful.

Cons

Pay is horrible. They start ASM’s at $12 dollars an hour sometimes less and reps at $10. Manager’s start at $15 an hour ($32,000/yr) and salaried so you will work more than 40 hours a week, sometimes 50 plus. There is no consistent training, you’re just thrown in a store and kinda learn for yourself while shadowing other people. The quality of people is horrendous which caused for a very VERY high turnover. In my two months there, I saw two managers quit, an ASM, and nearly 3-5 reps quit due to poor pay and poor management. Some managers get paid better than the district manager if that says something about experience comparison to pay. There’s no room for growth, you’re stuck where you’re at and special attention is given to those stores that are performing so favoritism is very noticeable. Sometimes when people quit and you’re having to cover the schedules, doing an open to close to support the business for weeks or months at a time, because no one shows up for interviews and district and regional management don’t quality control, so people quit when their money isn’t there to be earned. It’s wireless but there are other company’s who will pay several dollars more per hour with better locations and better people. I experienced several racial comments including topics not fit to be discussed in a professional setting. I guess it was the “norm” among this company to experience these things when you’re new but they continued throughout my time with them.
