Pros

The company is consistently growing, and for good reason! They take care of their employees, they strive to promote from within, they provide perks and extra incentives year round (free trips, free phones, extra $$). They take care of their employees and their customers. Very empowering culture and a company I will continue to grow with (personally been promoted multiple times!)

Cons

Pros

I really love everyone that I work with. The hours are amazing! If you hit goal you can make a lot of money!! I really love how if I have a question or a issue I can reach out to other employees or even the district manager to get the help I need!

Cons

I have worked with this company for a little over 2 years now and I have no issues!!

Thank you for the comment and your tenure! There are some big things happening with Sprint and Connectivity Source! There has never been a better time to work in wireless and sell Sprint.
