      Working here proved to be a challenging experience due to poor work-life balance and misleading compensation practices. The organization failed to prioritize the well-being of its employees and provided misleading information regarding the compensation they would receive. The demands placed on employees were excessive, leaving little time for personal and family commitments. The organizations seemed to prioritized productivity and profit over the well-being of its workforce, leading to high levels of stress and burnout.
