Flexible Schedule Work from home Great Salary

Cons

0 Employee Development or training including for managers. Good people left due to reorganization 3 times in the past 5 years bringing new CEO's. New CEO's mean brand new direction for the entire company. Horrible healthcare benefits - high deductible plans only. Brute force work mentality leaves employees burnt out and looking to leave - no Work/life balance. No trust in management. Weak culture due to high turnover and layoffs.

Very flexible work hours. Ability to work from home. Great people around you, even life long friends. Your closest allies is usually the ones sitting closest to you. Cutting edge technology. (buzz word driven development) Great location to work at.

Cons

Cutting edge technology. (buzz word driven development) This is great if you understand new technology, but this isn't the case. This causes developers to fish with dynamite instead of hooks and reels, Consistently under market pay scale across the board. You can't expect they pay in WI to be the same for people in CA. Leadership will cause contentious feelings between the offices. All this contention builds up like a powder keg. Layoffs. Unceremoniously. Resignation of great talent. Unceremoniously. Wholesale layoffs. Unceremoniously. As a health care and benefit search and enroll platform, the health care and benefits are terrible. Director or above stock options only. What's good for the gander should be good for the goose.

Pros

in one work people in the LA office are the best to work with. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have people that we can learn from and an environment that is challenging enough so you don't get bored.

Cons

They stopped paying bonuses but we were told that we will get it again so i don't know when they will start again.
