Nice building. Some of the employees are decent workers- and have taught me a lot. Training Occasional lunch.

Cons

The hiring standards are pretty low. They never hear requests of the employees. The pay is unstable. Overtime is not guaranteed. There seems to never be enough employees - causing massive backups on files. They are not taking much of an initiative to fix the absurdly large ceiling leak from an aera near my desk. The mold / insulation is falling out of the roof into the area causing medical issues to all around. Any type of leave, medical, vacation, emergencys never seem to be approved. They give you PTO but especially lately are refusing to approve you to use it. Stress from work can become overwhelming. Management never keeps up to promises or finishes what they say they start.
