This company actually cares about their employees and even shows empathy for personnel troubles their employees may experience. There training program is wonderful and well developed.

Cons

Level of income is seasonal because health insurance enrollment is seasonal

Pros

Paid to get my licenced in a bunch of other states. Worked on the secret shoppers team. Fairly easy job.

Cons

Upper management are confused about how to treat agents. Training was a joke. No expectations were properly set. They hire people, pay for them to get licenced and fire them. What a waste of money. Impossible to move up. Unless you golf or know the CEO.

Honestly not a great place to be working, nepotism is very real there, no communication between the agents, the team leads, and above. Unfair and dishonest. Super dirty office with outdated equipment that's falling apart, too.
