Pay is very low. Because you aren’t taking calls it’s supposed to be a perk. But they have mandatory overtime a lot and expect a lot of work for very low pay. And they show no appreciation for their employees. It’s a sad place to work.

Lack of communication in leadership. Do not provide benefits promised to employees. HR takes days to get back to you. Zero paid time off. No pay for Covid absence. No structure for commissions. No communication from supervisors. Equipment provided is old and broken. Nothing runs smoothly in this company.
