      Pros

      Leads are not overbearing and the job duties are straightforward so you can login and work.

      Cons

      Communication from staff to agents is lacking. You have to ask for updates and training is minimal. Also your role changes with no explanations so you can easily lose hours and your job with little explanation or heads up.

      Cons

      No real training. Leadership wasn't willing to better prepare the agents. Reached out several times in email. Was responded to opening in from of coworkers in chat.
