Pros

-Excellent training -Access to the tools/information needed to successfully help our members -Remote (work from home)

Cons

If you are not a flexible person this may not be the job for you. The schedules would change periodically with short notice due to business needs. Also there will be mandatory OT, however you make alot of money.

Pros

Opportunities to work in different accounts. Growth opportunities. Decent pay.

Cons

Some team leads don't deserve to be team leads. Training is not the best. The last training I had was literally study on your own and it was Medicare material I've seen a hundred times, then you get thrown into a system they refuse to show you in training. Scripting is too wordy. They complain about AHT but insist you follow the novel of a script. The company is failing because they pay for quantity and not quality agents.
