My favorite places in the company are the gym and cafeteria. Office building is also pretty new and spacious. Great people.

Cons

Accounting and land are not doing their job. Inefficient process. DOI is questionable. Accounting details are unavailable. Need real process improvement.

A little flexible when it comes to family stuff. Some good leaders. Office staff was nice to field staff

Cons

Lots of changes for field staff with little to no input or time to adjust. If boss had a problem with you it was sent up the chain of command without trying to handle it with you. No room for growth if you are not in a main hub
