      Pros

      The eDiscovery industry can be a very toxic environment. Consilio is not like that. The work life balance is great. They work with managers to teach them how to be great leaders. ELT is great about keeping the employees up to date with what is going on with the company.

      Cons

      Can be difficult working with teams in other countries, but that is pretty typical.
