Pros

In the short time I have been here with Consilio, I have met a great set of people who are all motivated and work very hard. I see a lot of flexibility and openness to innovation and change for the better which is very exiting. Looking forward to positively contribute to the overall success.

Cons

As we grow though M & A we need to continue to integrate all units to a unified Consilio culture which I see is still work in progress.

Best people in the business Fantastic culture True teamwork Constantly growing and expanding Approachable management Strong book of business Plenty of growth potential

Cons

The only downside is because of the aggressive growth through acquisition we are always trying to integrate new people, new technology and ways of doing business. Unfortunately, a necessary evil in M&A. That said, the more companies that are acquired, the easier it gets.
